I cannot find my rebate check of $16+. I believed someone shredded it got shredded with some other papers. Menards told me to get ahold of this number to try to get it replaced

Send in 5 at one time and got paid for 4 of them. In the past when I send in more then one rebate together they were paid all together.

No rebate from Menards and no way to call and check on it - we mailed in the rebate over 3 months ago . No rebate sent to us yet.

My rebate receipt was stolen at the registar in the store as I never received it when I checked out. I go back to store and they said they destroy the rebate receipts left there so just send in copy of receipt and a letter explaining what happened and they will send you rebate.

Got a letter stating that someone else had sent in the rebate receipt from a totally different city and they had already issued them the rebate to them so I was out of luck. Wrote back telling them to check my menards card statement that I could prove I made the sale and that the other address was not correct. They said call police and file a stolen receipt claim and that they would coorperate with the authorities. What police office is going to go after a 30.00 rebate check?

Called Menards Corporate for help but they didn't do anything either...I told them to send my Menards Credit Card Bill to that other address as well since they sent the rebate check there they might as well pay for the items they claimed the rebates on.

To say the least they are terrible to deal with and totally washed their hands of everything. no help no customer service, they even agreed with me that they could see I paid for the items on my account but nothing they could do..so moral of story watch your receipts or you will lose them to these scammers.

Provide a phone number to call and speak with a customer service representative who can handle and discuss missing rebates.

Until I can speak to some one at customer service, I cannot provide any feedback. They need to be more accessible and make it easier to resolve issues.

I have not received my last 3 rebates sent in. I've tried to call phone number and it rings then hangs up every time.

Waiting on respond for hot water heater rebate. Great store to shop, various items can be purchased.

Menard very clean store. Summer and Fall dont forget Winter items.

Service attendants are very friendly and helping finding products that you looking for to purchase. Parking is easy accent to door.

Sent in rebate coupon in April 2024 have not received it. Paid $892.49.

It said it was sent on 6/2/2024. But like I said, I never received it and I need a new one as soon as possible.

I sent in over 2000 dollars in rebates and not seeing even 1000 dollars in rebates coming back. We have spent so much money with Menards and Ive sent in my rebates and not even seeing a portion coming back to us. My husband does tons of business with you guys and this is how he gets repaid the primary reason we shop at Menards is the rebates I wrote down the amounts

Claim they sent one back in 2022. Never received.

Claim they mailed me a rebate on 6/19/2024. But have never received it either.

Don't count on any rebates from menards. What a scam.
