Menards mailed check to wrong address Ave instead of Drive and I get an error message when I try to report online. Finally after a few tries their website worked and they replied the next day and corrected the address. They were professional and fast.

Been almost a whole year waiting for the rebate to show up but never did after contacting for them to resend another one since the first one never show up. They said 6-8 weeks but it has been about 5 months and nothing show up after the 2nd try. I also want an address change for the 3rd attempt for resending the 3rd rebate.

Customer service was ok, but the rebate program is more a come along then an actual thing. Never received the rebates applied for.Some $1300 worth. Rebates were an incentive to by from Menards but I could have shopped else where had I know they wouldn’t be honored
Spend several thousand $$$ with Menards and taking advantage of the rebate program was a reason to try them over my usual go-to account with Lowe's. After completing the rebate process and 12 weeks later, no cash, no check, nothing.
If you try to resolve the problem, Menards hides behind the old third-party provider bait and switch. My suggestion: go with the best price before rebates because this is the only sure thing.
My company will not fall for the rebate scam again. Back to Lowe's I go.

I have never received a rebate at my place in Kenosha, Wisconsin, or Chicago, IL. I have been shopping at Menards for over five years.

I do not feel I should pay to have an issue researched and resolved. Menards can do better with their rebate program.
Have not received rebate check from May 2025. No help from Menards except referral to this site.
