I am pissed. The phone # Keeps dropping!

Why!

Why would you have a phone to help customers. But nobodys answers the CALL!

My rebate check was mailed April 4, 2024 and as of today May 3, 2024. I have not received it in the mail. Please stop payment on it and re-issue.

The Postal Service scanned the mail from the rebate center, but I did not receive that envelope. It must have been misdirected, destroyed, or something.

I contacted the post office, but it was already scanned and I saw the picture of it. I would just like the rebate to be re-issued, please. My name is Harold W Allen at 102 Dartmouth Cove, Jacksonville, AR 72076.

The purchase was made in Bloomington, Illinois. Correction, Normal, IL 61761 is the ZIP Code for Greenbrier Drive.

Their phone number is not working; I tried several times. So, I sent an email to customerservice@***.com.

Mailed in rebate waited a month tracked rebate says was mailed out. But never received it.

Tried calling customer service but couldn't reach anyone. Why offer rebates if your never going to give them out

Mailed a Menards rebate in and never received my rebate. I asked a customer support rep at the store and she just threw up her hands, like oh well oh well! I quit making copies of my rebate form because inducer had a problem previously!

Checking on where is my rebate I've called your number OH BY THE WAY THANKS FOR HANGING UP ON YOUR CUSTOMERS VERY PROFESSIONAL

I have an over $300.00 rebate coming. I received my little one of $28.88.

My little rebate came about two weeks ago. It would be really helpful to speak with an actual person. That says so much more for a company.

A customer wants to feel appreciated and respected. We have been going to Menards for years.

The only conversation I got was from bots. The first one tried to scam me out of $38 in order to talk to a real person.

Im not paying for someone to tell me how they screwed up my rebate.

The second one tried to blame my phone for not tracking the information right. He sent me to an online tech person and tried to have me pay $1 to have them try to tell me my phone wasnt working right.

I have two missing rebate checks from Menards. Ive been trying to contact anyone through Customer Service with no reply. I would just like to speak to someone and Im not going to use answer me because they hit me for $55 one time before why cant someone just call me or rebates international answer their phone?

I bought a rocker recliner around Christmas time, from the Menards on Wilder road in Bay City Michigan and have never received my rebate for it.

Well we spent $1700 or more as the receipt shows and it says when you look it up that we were paid $123. And another one they were both sent out the same day.

Can't remember what the other one was and so it comes to maybe like 140 or $50 but we never received any of it. It says it was mailed out but we did not get it

I never got my 11% rebate,

For 08/03/2023 I Appreciate it if you send me my rebate, I do all my shopping at Menards and I never had a problem before.

I never received two of my rebates that when I look online says they've been mailed the one was from 23 it was like $171 and some change and the other one was I forget how much

I never received my rebates where is it send my rebates thank you its been almost 3.5 months and never received it .
